From the moment I contacted Gerald’s to make an appointment for new tires, they were extremely helpful and accommodating . They inquired about my vehicle and explained what type of tire could work best for my car and price range and then asked about my daily driving habits. On the day of my appointment, everyone from the ladies at the front desk to Conner who I spoke to prior , were very friendly and professional. My car was finished earlier than expected and I even got a phone call two days later asking how my vehicle drove and if I was happy with the services provided. I was truly ecstatic with how well my car drove and how smooth and quiet my car rides. If you’re in need of new tires or brakes , please call Gerald’s . You won’t be disappointed , they’re fantastic !!

I had to come to Geralds for a tire after I found a razor blade in my tire. Gerald was very awesome he came and talked to me about the said tire and he also explained about my two front tires needing replaced. They gave me a great deal and the customer service in this location is above and beyond. When I got in my car to leave I found a rose on my door from the Feralds team and a free car wash . Amazing experience. If you need tires or brakes I recommend Geralds tire on Dorchester Road amazing people.

I came in concerned about my brakes, wanting a second opinion as I was told by the dealership they were fine. I was not imagining it, they were grinding! While I was there, they noticed my front two tires were also very worn, and I got a great price to replace them! Geralds is honest, affordable, and they were concerned for my safety and really listened to me. A great experience! Thank you, Geralds!

Donnie at Geralds Tires and Brakes provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain the issues, communicated everything in a way that was easy to understand, and showed a strong knowledge of my vehicle. The front counter staff was also amazing and made the entire process quick and seamless. I felt confident and well informed throughout the experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Donnie and the team at Geralds.

My visit to this Gerald’s was horrible! I’ve done business with Gerald’s at 3900 Dorchester road for almost 30 years. The service has been consistent for all these years with a smile. I went into my Gerald’s (3900) to purchase a set of tires however they only had two of the four I needed. The manager referred to this store that had all four tires I wanted. My tires have locks and they used my key changed my tires and went back to life (April 2025). My right front passenger’s side was running low. (10/3) I went into have my tire checked (warranty) and they could not get my tire off. I told the service manager the tool was in my trunk. He disputed my having locks. I went to my trunk and my sleeve was not in my trunk. They were the last tire team that replaced my tire. They told me that they did not have a sleeve and before they could fix my tire I would have to acquire a sleeve. Well I drove to Monks Corner to an Advance to get the tool and returned to the store. The Manager said he would reimburse me, the sleeve was $21.00. I told clerk at the desk that I had turn signal Bulb to replace. Well they didn’t not tell me what it would cost. This is something I could have done myself. The
